VALUATION OF WATERFRONT SPACES BUILT USING TREATED WASTEWATER

本研究では下水処理水を利用した3つの水辺空間 (修景水路, 親水広場, ビオトープ池) に対する利用者の満足度, 処理水に対する抵抗感, 処理水の有効利用に対する支払意思額等を調査し, 各水辺について利用価値を明らかにした.その結果, 水辺空間に対して利用者は子供の遊び場としての機能を望んでおり, 親水広場, ビオトープ池の評価は同程度であり, 修景水路よりも高い.また, 水辺の価値評価に対して, 処理水に対する抵抗感が影響しており, 処理水の臭気や透明感を維持することが水辺空間の価値向上につながることを明らかにした.
