Thickness‐Dependent Skyrmion Evolution in Fe3GeTe2 During Magnetization Reversal
Thickness‐ and field‐dependent magnetic domain behavior in 2D van der Waals Fe3GeTe2 is studied using Lorentz TEM and micromagnetic simulations. A patch‐like domain phase evolves from skyrmions during magnetization reversal, and step edges between thickness regions act as pinning sites.

This thesis presents experiments on run-up of solitary waves on a beach of 10◦ inclination. The purpose of this study is to find out what causes the lower maximum run-up heights in experimental results compared with results from numerical models that are based on dispersive long wave theory and full potential theory.

Na‐ion batteries ‐ Impact of doping on the oxygen redox: The sloping potential of NaMg0.1Ni0.4Mn0.5O2 above 4.0 V is caused by a new redox center (arising from the ‘O bound to Mg’), having a higher potential but being more irreversible compared to the ‘O bound to Ni’.

Short Gamma Ray Bursts (SGRB) are believed to originate from the merger of two compact objects. If this scenario is correct, SGRB will be accompanied by the emission of strong gravitational waves, detectable by current or planned GW detectors, such as ...

A FeN4─O/Clu@NC‐0.1Ac catalyst containing atomically‐dispersed FeN4─O sites (medium‐spin Fe2+) and Fe clusters delivered a half‐wave potential of 0.89 V for ORR and an overpotential of 330 mV at 10 mA cm−2 for OER in 0.1 m KOH. When the catalyst was used in a rechargeable Zn–air battery, a power density of 284.5 mW cm−2 was achieved with excellent ...

Run-time parallelization and scheduling of loops [PDF]
Run time methods are studied to automatically parallelize and schedule iterations of a do loop in certain cases, where compile-time information is inadequate. The methods presented involve execution time preprocessing of the loop.

Powering the Future: A Cobalt‐Based Catalyst for Longer‐Lasting Zinc–Air Batteries
A novel N‐doped graphitic shell‐encapsulated Co catalyst reveals superior bifunctional ORR/OER activity in alkaline media, empowering outstanding liquid and quasi‐solid‐state ZAB activity. The system delivers long‐term durability, a peak power density of 127 mW cm−2 and successfully powers an LED and a mini fan.
