Modulation Transfer Function Extraction and Parametric Effects
We compute the optical transfer function and corresponding satellite image estimate in order to test validity of our modulation transfer function (MTF) extraction algorithms. The test targets allow MTF computation by using slanted edge and sine wave star

Photoswitchable Conductive Metal–Organic Frameworks
A conductive material where the conductivity can be modulated remotely by irradiation with light is presented. It is based on films of conductive metal–organic framework type Cu3(HHTP)2 with embedded photochromic molecules such as azobenzene, diarylethene, spiropyran, and hexaarylbiimidazole in the pores.

Did a Kilonova Set Off in Our Galactic Backyard 3.5 Myr ago?
The recent detection of the live isotopes ^60 Fe and ^244 Pu in deep ocean sediments dating back to the past 3–4 Myr poses a serious challenge to the identification of their production site(s). While ^60 Fe is usually attributed to standard core-collapse

This work explores Li‐substituted P2 layered oxides for Na‐ion batteries by crystallographic and electrochemical studies. The effect of lithium on superstructure orderings, on phase transitions during synthesis and electrochemical cycling and on the interplay of O‐ versus TM‐redox is revealed via various advanced techniques, including semi‐simultaneous

Axial gravitational normal modes of uniform density star in Anti-de Sitter spacetime
The article studies the dynamical behavior of axial gravitational perturbations of homogeneous stars in Anti-de Sitter spacetime. Because the radial coordinate r transforms into the tortoise coordinate y=y(r), obeying y(r=0)=0 and y(r ...

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

For the first time, a highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor based on SiO2‐based hairy particles with a grafted PDMAEMA polymer brush containing a quantifiable and large amount of immobilized Laccase is reported. The fabricated biosensor exhibits a sensitivity of 0.14 A·m⁻¹, a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.1 µm, and a detection range of 0.3–750 µm,
