Hot‐carrier transport in metal halide perovskites is investigated using spatiotemporally‐resolved photoluminescence microscopy. Mesa‐shaped MAPbBr3 microdisks exhibit anomalous super‐diffusive carrier propagation on nanosecond timescales, driven by hot‐carrier stabilization and strong carrier–phonon coupling.

The concept of high‐dimensional EM modulation using the STMA for physical layer secure communication is illustrated in figure. The STMA consists of a series of programmable unit cells, with 1‐bit reconfigurable phase states (0/π). The STMA is excited by a monochromatic continuous wave (CW) at frequency fc and controlled by a field‐programmable gate ...

Attachment and spreading of human embryonal carcinoma stem cells on nanosurfaces monitored by optical waveguides [PDF]
Cell adhesion is an active process, carried out in vivo via receptor ligand-like interactions between cell surface adhesion molecules and the extracellular matrix.

Cellular forces are traditionally inferred from displacement measurements, which lack rotational information and are constrained by linear model assumptions. This work replaces displacement with rotational angle for the fundamental mechanical readout.

All-UV written integrated glass devices including planar Bragg gratings and lasers [PDF]
One attractive route to low-cost integrated optical components is the use of direct UV writing. This technique may be applied to a wide range of materials including silica-on-silicon wafers, compound oxide glasses, directly bonded glass composites and ...

Hierarchical Physical‐Cyber Encryption via Metasurface‐Encoded Holographic Keys
ABSTRACT Physical‐layer encryption based on metasurfaces has emerged as a promising alternative to conventional algorithmic cryptography by embedding security into physical processes. However, most existing metasurface‐based encryption schemes operate within single‐stage or static frameworks, where correct physical illumination directly reveals the ...

Trapped modes in a waveguide with a thick obstacle [PDF]
The problem of finding necessary and sufficient condi-tions for the existence of trapped modes in waveguides has been known since 1943. [10]. The problem is the following: consider an infinite strip M in xs211D2(or an infinite cylinder with the smooth ...

Green and scalable synthesis of CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots using bio‐sourced lecithin and hexane enables single‐batch production over 10 grams. Suppressed Auger recombination and electron‐phonon coupling yields 95% PLQY, enhanced stability, and low ASE thresholds of 230.4 (ns) and 50.1 (fs) µJ cm−2 in neat films. ABSTRACT Halide perovskite quantum
