Subcarrier multiplexing (SCM) / wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) in free space optics (FSO) communication

open access: yes, 2016
Access is limited to UniMAP community.Subcarrier Multiplexing (SCM) is an electrical radio frequency that actually can transmit the signals via wireless network in low bit rate.

Multimode fiber optic wavelength division multiplexing

open access: yes, 1982
Optical wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) systems, with signals transmitted on different wavelengths through a single optical fiber, can have increased bandwidth and fault isolation properties over single wavelength optical systems.

Performance Improvement of Wavelength Division MultiplexingPassive Optical Networks (WDM-PONs)

open access: yes, 2014
Passive Optical Network (PON) introduces a good data transmission rate and large bandwidth. We have demonstrated a bidirectional PON system based on a Fabry-Perot laser diode (FPLD) with two cascaded array waveguide gratings (AWGs). The downstream data rate equals to 10 Gbps and the upstream data rate equals to 2.5 Gbps.

Dual channel bidirectional wavelength division multiplexing datalink

open access: yes, 2012
Wavelength division multiplexing two channels on one fiber is one approach that enables us to make use of the extremely large bandwidth of optical fibers.
