A Fast Wavelet Collocation Method for Integral Equations on Polygons
The main purpose of this paper is to develop a concrete fast wavelet collocation method for integral equations on polygons, following the general recipe given by the authors. Especially, the authors construct piecewise linear wavelets on polygons and their corresponding collocation functionals, both having vanishing moments of order two on polygons ...

CrossMatAgent is a multi‐agent framework that combines large language models and diffusion‐based generative AI to automate metamaterial design. By coordinating task‐specific agents—such as describer, architect, and builder—it transforms user‐provided image prompts into high‐fidelity, printable lattice patterns.

Computing continuous-time growth models with boundary conditions via wavelets [PDF]
This paper presents an algorithm for approximating the solution of deterministic/stochastic continuous-time growth models based on the Euler's equation and the transversality conditions.

Haar wavelet collocation method for linear first order stiff differential equations [PDF]
In general, there are countless types of problems encountered from different disciplines that can be represented by differential equations. These problems can be solved analytically in simpler cases; however, computational procedures are required for more complicated cases.

We propose a residual‐based adversarial‐gradient moving sample (RAMS) method for scientific machine learning that treats samples as trainable variables and updates them to maximize the physics residual, thereby effectively concentrating samples in inadequately learned regions.

Abstract Premise We examined the African arid corridor (AAC) disjunction pattern of vascular plants between northeastern and southwestern Africa in the context of geological and climatic events since the late Miocene. We developed a phylogenetic and biogeographical framework for the arid‐adapted genus Sesamothamnus (Pedaliaceae), a classic example of ...

Müntz–Legendre Wavelet Collocation Method for Solving Fractional Riccati Equation
We propose a wavelet collocation method for solving the fractional Riccati equation, using the Müntz–Legendre wavelet basis and its associated operational matrix of fractional integration.

An efficient wavelet-based nonlinear circuit simulation technique with model order reduction [PDF]
This paper proposes further improvement to a novel method for the analysis and simulation of ICs recently proposed by the authors. The circuits are assumed to be subjected to input signals that have widely separated rates of variation, e.g.

Self‐Similar Blowup for the Cubic Schrödinger Equation
ABSTRACT We give a rigorous proof for the existence of a finite‐energy, self‐similar solution to the focusing cubic Schrödinger equation in three spatial dimensions. The proof is computer‐assisted and relies on a fixed point argument that shows the existence of a solution in the vicinity of a numerically constructed approximation.
