Techniques for Accelerometer Reading Processing on Railway Transport Using Wavelet Transform
Introduction. Safety issues of railway transport are inevitably connected with the condition of railway tracks and railway wheels. Various defects, such as irregularities of the railway track, may lead to emergencies and incidents.

Moment Asymptotic Expansions of the Wavelet Transforms [PDF]
Using distribution theory we present the moment asymptotic expansion of continuous wavelet transform in different distributional spaces for large and small values of dilation parameter $a$. We also obtain asymptotic expansions for certain wavelet transform.

Making Photoresponsive Metal–Organic Frameworks an Effective Class of Heterogeneous Photocatalyst
This review summarizes photoresponsive MOFs for photocatalytic applications, focusing on their capacity to enhance light harvesting, charge transfer, and surface reactions. While existing studies provide foundational insights, emerging characterization techniques enable a deeper understanding of photoresponsive MOFs.

Wavelet transforms versus Fourier transforms [PDF]
This note is a very basic introduction to wavelets. It starts with an orthogonal basis of piecewise constant functions, constructed by dilation and translation. The "wavelet transform" maps each f(x) to its coefficients with respect to this basis. The mathematics is simple and the transform is fast (faster than the Fast Fourier Transform, which we ...

Uniqueness for the continuous wavelet transform [PDF]
Injectivity of the continuous wavelet transform acting on a square integrable signal is proved under weak conditions on the Fourier transform of the wavelet, namely that it is nonzero somewhere in almost every direction. For a bounded signal (not necessarily square integrable), we show that if the continuous wavelet transform vanishes identically, then

Shape‐Reconfigurable Crack‐Based Strain Sensor with Ultrahigh and Tunable Sensitivity
A highly sensitive crack‐based sensor with tunable strain detection capabilities is demonstrated through controlled nanocrack formation in a line‐patterned shape memory polymer substrate. The sensor design integrates thermoplastic polyurethane and poly(lactic acid), enabling thermo‐responsive reconfiguration of crack geometry.

Variation-Diminishing Wavelets and Wavelet Transforms
Using Schoenberg's theory of variation-diminishing integral operators of convolution type variation diminishing wavelets and wavelets of specific changes in sign are constructed. An inversion formula involving derivatives of the wavelet transform is established.

Clifford-wavelet Transform and the uncertainty principle [PDF]
In this paper we derive a Heisenberg-type uncertainty principle for the continuous Clifford wavelet transform. A brief review of Clifford algebra/analysis, wavelet transform on $\mathbb{R}$ and Clifford-Fourier transform and their proprieties has been conducted. Next, such concepts have been applied to develop an uncertainty principle based on Clifford
