Tumor‐Infiltrating mregDCs Restrain Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Early Relapse HCC

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor‐infiltrating mregDCs are regulated by the TNFR2‐non‐canonical NF‐κB axis, which is mediated by TNF‐α secreted by CD161+CD8+ T cells. These mregDCs recruit CD161+CD8+ T cells via the CCL20‐CCR6 axis, forming a positive feedback loop that enhances immunosuppression, promotes early recurrence of HCC, and further confirms TNFR2 as a key therapeutic ...

WC-Co Versus Ticn/WC–Co, Ni For New Cutting Tools

Euro PM2023 Proceedings, 2023
Advanced cutting tools are required for the new challenge of the machining industry to make more sustainable solutions. Material extrusion (MEX), as an indirect additive manufacturing technology, could be used to process hardmetals (WC-Co) and, also, the designated cermets (TiCN/WC and Co, Ni).

Grinding of WC–Co hardmetals

Wear, 2001
Morphol. of ground surface of WC-Co cermets with 10 and 20% Co was studied. A deformed and detached surface layer was found on top of the specimens after surface grinding with a diamond wheel. Etching the surface layer revealed WC grains in the subsurface of the machined specimens. Most of these grains were plastically deformed by prismatic slip in the

Friction and Wear Behaviors of WC-Co/WC-Co Pairs in Air

Materials Science Forum, 2007
To investigate sliding friction and wear behaviors of WC–Co/WC–Co pairs containing different WC grain sizes, the ball-on-disc test in air were carried out for WC-Co containing WC grain sizes of 0.5 μm (F.G.) and 1.5 μm (C.G.). The results show that the wear volume of F.G. pin for F.G. pin/C.G. disc is larger than that of F.G. pin for F.G. pin/F.G. disc

Segregation of Vanadium at the WC/Co Interface in VC-doped WC-Co

Journal of Materials Research, 1998
Morphology of carbide grain in WC–12 wt.% Co–0.5 wt.% VC was examined by HREM and EDS with a special interest in the segregation of V at the WC/Co interfaces. A small addition of VC in WC-Co is effective to suppress the grain growth of carbide grains.

Mechanisms of plastic deformation of WC–Co and Ti(C, N)–WC–Co

International Journal of Refractory Metals and Hard Materials, 2006
The deformation of the cutting edge of inserts made from WC–Co and Ti(C, N)–19%WC–Co upon radial turning was measured as a function of the cutting speed. Ab initio calculations of some grain boundary geometries in WC–Co indicated that Co segregates to WC/WC grain boundaries in submonolayer proportions and increases their strength and resistance to Co ...

Effect of TaC on plastic deformation of WC–Co and Ti(C,N)–WC–Co

International Journal of Refractory Metals and Hard Materials, 2006
The plastic deformation resistance of metal cutting inserts made from a WC–Co cemented carbide, a Ti(C, N)–WC–Co cermet and corresponding materials with additions of TaC has been studied. The cermets were produced with both high and low carbon activity, resulting in a total of six materials.

Schleifen von WC-Co-Hartmetallen*/Grinding of Cemented Carbides (WC-Co)

wt Werkstattstechnik online, 2016

Fast Consolidation of WC–Co

Powder Metallurgy, 2002
Commercial tungsten carbide (WC) was coated with cobalt (Co) using a chemical precipitation technique. The coated powders were characterised for chemical composition and uniformity of coating. TEM and SEM were used to observe the nature of the cobalt coating on WC particles.
