In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Common Fixed Point of Four Mappings Satisfying Implicit Generalized Weak Contractive Type Condition

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2014
In this paper, common fixed point for four maps using an implicit contractive condition in a complete metric space is proved. Some periodic point results for such mappings are also obtained.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Common fixed points on occasionally weakly compatible self- mappings in CMS [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
In this paper, we prove a unique common fixed point theorem for occasionally weakly compatible self-mappings satisfying a generalized contractive type condition in CMS(Cone Metric Space).

Common Fixed Points of Generalized Cocyclic Mappings in Complex Valued Metric Spaces

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2015
We present fixed point results of mappings satisfying generalized contractive conditions in complex valued metric spaces. As an application, we obtain a common fixed point of a pair of weakly compatible mappings.

Analysing the significance of small conformational changes and low occupancy states in serial crystallographic data

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Some common fixed point results for weakly compatible mappings in cone metric type space [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
In this paper we consider cone metric type spaces which are introduced as a generalization of symmetric and metric spaces by Khamsi and Hussain in 2010.

A common fixed point theorem in Menger space using implicit relation [PDF]

open access: yesSurveys in Mathematics and its Applications, 2013
The main purpose of this paper is to prove a common fixed point theorem for two pairs of weakly compatible mappings in Menger space using implicit relation.

Common Fixed Point Theorems in Modified Intuitionistic Fuzzy Metric Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2013
This paper consists of main two sections. In the first section, we prove a common fixed point theorem in modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric space by combining the ideas of pointwise R-weak commutativity and reciprocal continuity of mappings satisfying ...

Directed evolution of enzymes at the crossroads of tradition and innovation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
An iterative cycle of data‐driven enzyme optimization comprising four stages: genetic diversification of a template enzyme, expression of protein variants, high‐throughput evaluation, and machine‐learning‐guided redesign of the next variant library.
