This study aimed to investigate the structure-borne sound suppression of a strongly/weakly excited curved panel. Quadratic nonlinear resonance can induce anti-symmetric modal responses to replace symmetric modal responses, even though the physical panel ...

Impact of Hydrogen Incorporation on Electronic and Magnetic Structure of X2CrNi18‐9 Stainless Steel
Hydrogen uptake in austenitic stainless steel alters both its electronic and magnetic structure. Seebeck measurements reveal hydrogen‐induced shifts in the electronic density of states, while neutron scattering uncovers nanoscale inhomogeneities that grow upon hydrogen incorporation, with the most pronounced effect observed in the PBF as‐built state ...

The present work reports the microstructural, mechanical, and texture evolution of a dissimilar combination laser‐welded maraging steel with 4340 steel. This is important for aerospace applications. The demand for dissimilar welding is growing rapidly with the requirement of efficient and durable joints.

Enhancing Low‐Temperature Performance of Sodium‐Ion Batteries via Anion‐Solvent Interactions
DOL is introduced into electrolytes as a co‐solvent, increasing slat solubility, ion conductivity, and the de‐solvent process, and forming an anion‐rich solvent shell due to its high interaction with anion. With the above virtues, the batteries using this electrolyte exhibit excellent cycling stability at low temperatures. Abstract Sodium‐ion batteries

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Semisimple weakly symmetric pseudo-Riemannian manifolds [PDF]
We develop the classification of weakly symmetric pseudo-Riemannian manifolds G / H where G is a semisimple Lie group and H is a reductive subgroup.

Weakly cyclic Ricci symmetric manifolds admitting semi-symmetric metric connection
In this paper the definition of weakly cyclic Ricci symmetric manifolds admitting semi-symmetric metric connection is given and its applications to the general relativity and cosmology are investigated.
