Zheng et al. designed a tumor microenvironment (TME)‐responsive nanosystem, HmBMH@MSA‐2. It targets tumors, releases MSA‐2 and Mn ions in high glutathione (GSH) conditions, achieving STING agonist delivery and MRI.
