A Spatial Registration Method for Multi-UAVs Based on a Cooperative Platform in a Geodesic Coordinate Information-Free Environment

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2023
The satellite navigation system of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is susceptible to external interference in a complex environment, resulting in the loss of their own geodetic coordinate information. A spatial registration method for multi-UAVs based on

Equivalent Phase Shift Induced by Longitudinal Temperature Distribution in Pumped DFB Fiber Laser

open access: yesPhotonics
The pump heating effect of DFB fiber laser is normally ignored due to the short length of the laser cavity. However, by fabricating a phase-shifted FBG on high concentration Er-Yb codoped fiber to obtain a 16 mm long DFB fiber laser, the gradient surface

Acoustic Scattering Characteristics of Underwater Eight-grid Air-filled Cavity Corner Reflector

open access: yes水下无人系统学报, 2022
Underwater corner reflectors have a strong acoustic scattering ability and can be used to mark underwater structures and simulate underwater false targets. In accordance with the limitation of the reflection range of a single-grid corner reflector, a new

A 3D Multipath Planning Method for Guided Vehicles Using Improved A∗ Algorithm Based on Multiple Avoidance Tactics and Terminal Attack Angles

open access: yesInternational Journal of Aerospace Engineering
Existing path planning methods have limitations such as random solutions, lack of sharing initial and terminal waypoints, and rare consideration of avoidance between multipaths in 3D. This paper presents a 3D multipath planning method for guided vehicles

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.
