Advanced Materials, EarlyView.A frequency switching (FS) neuristor is proposed, comprising a Mott memristor and a valence change mechanism (VCM) memristor. The FS neuristor exhibits a multi‐level frequency–voltage (f–V) characteristics, enabling the implementation of neuronal intrinsic plasticity transfer functions.
