Adipocyte‐Derived Leptolin Enhances Energy Expenditure and Prevents Obesity
Advanced Science, EarlyView.We identified a novel adipokine, which we named leptolin. In humans, leptolin levels in white adipose tissue were positively correlated with exercise and negatively associated with body mass index. We observed elevated leptolin in serum from athletes and lower leptolin in serum from obese individuals.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.ANKS1B in the nucleus accumbens plays a critical role in the transition from controlled to escalated cocaine intake. Mechanistically, ANKS1B interacts with CBP to epigenetically suppress FoxO3 through H3K27 acetylation.
