Introduction of Weather Risk Management Technology in Farm Management
天候変動が農業経営における大きなリスク要因となっており,多方面の天候リスクをカバーする総合的な手法が求められている.本稿は,天候デリバティブの基礎技術及び農業経営への適用可能性を取りまとめたものである.本稿で紹介した新しい技術は,気象災害被害によらず農業経営変動リスクの全てを金銭的補償範囲とする点で利用価値の高いものである.今後,農業経営における利用拡大を目指してプラットフォームの整備を進めていきたい.
