Mining web navigations for intelligence

Predicting and solving web navigation problems
Proceedings of the eighteenth conference on Hypertext and hypermedia, 2007In the first experiment we explored the ability of different objective and subjective measures to predict user's success in finding information in a website. The results indicate that the subjective measure of lostness seems to be a better predictor of task performance than any of the objective measures.
