AUTONOMOUS INTELLIGENT AGENT INDEMNIFICATION IN SLA (IAIS) ARCHITECTURE FOR EFFORTLESS MONITORING OF SLA VIOLATIONS [PDF]
User profiling is an important and basic component in personalized search engine. Search engines respond to a user’s query by using the bag-of-words model, which matches keyword between the query and web documents but ignore contexts and users ...

Unveiling Global Diversity of Patescibacteriota and Functional Interactions with Host Microbes
Patescibacteriota represents a diverse group of ultra‐small epibiotic bacteria, which is largely overlooked. By integrating ribosomal protein S3‐based community profiling with MAG‐based metabolic potential analyses, this study provides new insights into their distribution, diversity, and potential interactions with other bacteria across diverse ...

The development of a novel engineered strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (Lp) is reported that can produce bacterial extracellular vesicles (BEVs) at >60‐fold higher yields than the unmodified parental strain. These Lp BEVs retain therapeutic bioactivity as validated in a mouse model of dextran sodium sulfate‐induced colitis.

Alphaviral Capsid Proteins Inhibit Stress Granule Assembly via Competitive RNA Binding With G3BP1
Stress granules exert antiviral functions. This study illustrates a conserved function of alphaviral capsid proteins in modulating stress granules. Oligomerization mediated by a helical motif coupled with a positively charged intrinsically disordered region (IDR) directly competes with G3BP1 for RNA binding, thereby disrupting G3BP1‐RNA liquid–liquid ...
