Bias‐Dependent Quantum Efficiency Reveals Recombination Pathways in Thin Film Solar Cells

Bias‐dependent external quantum‐efficiency spectra provide three characteristic “fingerprints” that reveal whether charge‐carrier loss in high‐efficiency graded CdSeTe solar cells is dominated by the front interface, the bulk absorber, or the back contact.
