Comparative Study on EDM Wire Cutting and CO2 Laser Cutting for High‐Precision Stainless Steel Sheet Processing

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 7, Issue 5, May 2025.
This study compares EDM wire cutting and CO2 laser cutting for AISI 316L and 304 stainless steel sheets. Key cutting parameters influencing surface roughness and morphology were analyzed. The optimized process using GA achieved superior surface roughness of 1.318 μm, identifying the most efficient cutting technology.

Tau Electroweak Couplings [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
We review world-average measurements of the tau lepton electroweak couplings, in both decay (including Michel parameters) and in production ($Z^0\to \tau^+\tau^-$ and $W^-\to\tau^-\nubar_\tau$).

High‐Performance Boiling Surfaces Enabled by an Electrode‐Transpose All‐Electrochemical Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 7, February 17, 2025.
An all‐electrochemical strategy with an electrode‐transpose step is proposed to fabricate superhydrophilic microporous surfaces with longer dendrites and larger pores, thus enabling excellent boiling performance with both high critical heat flux and high heat transfer coefficient. This facile, geometry‐adaptive, durable, and scalable strategy has great
