A flexure‐based variable stiffness structure is developed by integrating phase‐change modulation and adhesive interfacial locking of gallium. The design enables a wide stiffness variability, transitioning from soft, flexible behavior to rigid, load‐supporting performance.

Chylothorax Due to Weight Lifting: A Rare Etiology
Chylothorax cases are associated with several etiologies. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and intrathoracic surgical trauma are the most frequent reasons, but approximately 15% of the cases are idiopathic.

Building machine‐readable vocabularies for materials science is slow, expert‐driven work. This study benchmarks 13 large language models on two of its first steps: finding candidate terms in engineering articles and deciding where they belong in a class hierarchy.

The temperature dependence of fatigue behavior in nickel‐based superalloys is investigated through high‐resolution measurements of plastic localization. While increasing temperature reduces localization and enhances fatigue performance in René 88DT, Inconel 718 exhibits a sharp degradation at intermediate temperature due to intensified slip ...

EFFECTS OF WEIGHT LIFTING ON MUSCULAR POWER OF FEMALES [PDF]
Physical non-activity and bad life style are common among young people nowadays, and they cause many problems with which female could meet. Fitness clbus have unique possibility to ensure time, staff and space for physical activity of young people, and ...

In Situ Micromechanical Study of Bimodal γ′–γ″ Precipitate Assemblies in Ni–Cr–Al–Nb Superalloy
A Ni–Cr–Al–Nb superalloy with a bimodal γ′–γ″ precipitate distribution is developed. Composite precipitate assemblies form through heterogeneous nucleation, effectively impeding dislocation motion. Micropillar compression reveals high strength at room and elevated temperatures, governed by precipitate shearing, with coupled faulting mechanisms ...

Lifted codes and their weight enumerators
The authors describe some structural results for codes over the rings \(Z_p\) and they use them to examine lifts of codes over these rings to \(Z_{p^e}\) and to codes over the \(p\)-adics. The weight enumerator of all lifts of the length 8 Hamming code and the length 12 ternary Golay code is determined.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.
