Distributed event-triggered coordination for average consensus on weight-balanced digraphs [PDF]
This paper proposes a novel distributed event-triggered algorithmic solution to the multi-agent average consensus problem for networks whose communication topology is described by weight-balanced, strongly connected digraphs. The proposed event-triggered communication and control strategy does not rely on individual agents having continuous or periodic

ABSTRACT Background Pediatric thromboembolism is increasingly encountered in critical care. Systemic thrombolysis with tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) facilitates vessel or valve patency, yet pediatric‐specific protocols remain undefined, and safety concerns persist. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a tailored, prolonged systemic tPA

ABSTRACT Rates of cancer among adolescents and young adults (AYA), age 15–39 years, are increasing. Consequently, radiation oncologists are treating more AYAs who have diagnoses spanning both pediatric and adult practices. Compared to pediatric and older adult patients, AYAs face a unique set of challenges.

ABSTRACT Background Chronic micro‐inflammation in patients with end‐stage renal disease (ESRD) is a significant driver of cardiovascular complications and diminished quality of life. While standard hemodialysis (SHD) effectively manages small‐molecule clearance, its ability to remove medium‐to‐large uremic toxins—the primary catalysts of systemic ...

Privacy-preserving distributed consensus over directed networks with limited communication
The issue of privacy leakage in distributed consensus has garnered significant attention over the years, but existing studies often overlook the challenges posed by limited communication in algorithm design.

Structure‐forward targeting of claudins with synthetic binders
Claudins form the paracellular barriers between epithelial and endothelial tissues at tight junctions and are targets for molecular binders with the goal of modulating barrier permeability. Claudin‐binding molecules are relevant in drug delivery or in altering claudin interactions with disease‐causing proteins.

Distributed Cooperative Spectrum Sensing Based on Weighted Average Consensus
In this paper, we study the distributed spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks. Using weighted average consensus algorithm, we develop a weighted soft measurement combining scheme without the centralized fusion center. After the measurement by the energy detector, each secondary user (SU) exchanges their own measurement statistics with its local ...

Golgi enzymes are retrieved from the plasma membrane to the trans‐Golgi network
Golgi enzymes are traditionally considered resident proteins retained within the Golgi apparatus. Here, we demonstrate that a subset transiently reaches the cell surface and is subsequently retrieved to the trans‐Golgi network via retrograde transport. Using a nanobody‐based toolkit, we uncover a dynamic trafficking cycle of several Golgi enzymes.

Procedural Restoration of Texture and Restructuring Geometry From Facade Image
We present a novel methodology to procedurally restore facade texture from images, where severe occlusions and lighting variations occur, making the textures difficult to reconstruct effectively.
