Weighted fractional Poincaré inequalities via isoperimetric inequalities
AbstractOur main result is a weighted fractional Poincaré–Sobolev inequality improving the celebrated estimate by Bourgain–Brezis–Mironescu. This also yields an improvement of the classical Meyers–Ziemer theorem in several ways. The proof is based on a fractional isoperimetric inequality and is new even in the non-weighted setting.

MusicSwarm: Biologically Inspired Intelligence for Music Composition
Biologically inspired swarms of frozen foundation models self‐organize to compose complex music without fine‐tuning. By coordinating through stigmergic signals, decentralized agents dynamically evolve specialized roles and adapt to solve complex tasks.

Bootstrapping Weighted Inequalities for Hankel Transform
A method of producing new inequalities for Hankel transform from known ones is given using the theory of positive integral operators. The new inequalities produced depend on six parameters, two real indices, two complex-valued measures, and two positive ...

This article introduces an input sparsity‐aware computing‐in‐memory macro featuring novel bidirectional conversion‐skippable analog‐to‐digital converters. By dynamically adjusting resolution based on element‐level sparsity, the architecture skips redundant most significant bit and least significant bit conversions.

Some New Time Scales Weighted Ostrowski-Grüss Type Inequalities
In this paper, weobtain some new weighted Ostrowski-Grüss type inequalities on time scales. Wealso give some other interesting inequalities as special cases.2010 MathematicsSubject Classifications : 26D15; 26E70.

Weighted norm inequalities for convolution and Riesz potential
In this paper, we prove analogues of O'Neil's inequalities for the convolution in the weighted Lebesgue spaces.

Abstract Our general interest is in global trade loss from livestock pathogens, specifically exports. We adopt a causal inference approach that considers animal disease outbreaks over time as non‐staggered binary treatments with the potential for switching in (infection) and out of treatment (recovery) within the sample period. The outcome evolution of

Abstract Crop insurance is undoubtedly an extremely valuable element in protecting agricultural businesses, but in many cases standard indemnity‐based products have had very low uptake due to high transaction costs elevating premiums to unaffordable levels.
