Jackknifing Weighted Least Squares Estimators
Journal of the Royal Statistical Society Series B: Statistical Methodology, 1989 SUMMARY In a heteroscedastic linear regression model, the ordinary jackknife estimator of the asymptotic covariance matrix of the weighted least squares estimator is proved to be inconsistent. A modified jackknife procedure is proposed and shown to produce consistent estimators of the asymptotic covariance matrix.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

On Weighted Structured Total Least Squares [PDF]
, 2006 In this contribution we extend our previous results on the structured total least squares problem to the case of weighted cost functions. It is shown that the computational complexity of the proposed algorithm is preserved linear in the sample size when the weight matrix is banded with bandwidth that is independent of the sample size.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.
