Complex Weight Functions for Classical Orthogonal Polynomials
Canadian Journal of Mathematics, 1991AbstractWe give complex weight functions with respect to which the Jacobi, Laguerre, little q-Jacobi and Askey-Wilson polynomials are orthogonal. The complex functions obtained are weight functions in a wider range of parameters than the real weight functions.

In this paper, the issues of transmit hybrid beamforming (HBF) design and direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation in multi-carrier dual-function radar-communication (DFRC) systems, in consideration of quality-of-service (QoS) for multiple users (MUs), are ...

Orthogonal Polynomials for Nonclassical Weight Functions
SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, 1979In this paper we develop a technique for deriving orthogonal polynomials for a class of nonclassical weight functions from known orthogonal polynomials. Although the algorithms discussed here are not as general as the classical and more recently developed algorithms, they do provide an effective and simple method for generating such polynomials.

Overlap-weighted orthogonal meta-learner for treatment effect estimation over time
arXiv.orgEstimating heterogeneous treatment effects (HTEs) in time-varying settings is particularly challenging, as the probability of observing certain treatment sequences decreases exponentially with longer prediction horizons.

Mutual Information-Driven Power Allocation in OFDM Dual-Function Radar-Communication Systems
IEEE Transactions on Radar Systems, 2023This paper studies the orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) waveform design for dual-function radar-communication (DFRC) systems in an information-theoretic framework.
