Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.Inspired by the eye movements of humans, a multi‐degree‐of‐freedom (multi‐DOF) miniature piezoelectric actuator with a square‐circular ring structure is proposed. The actuator demonstrates a well‐balanced performance in miniaturization, operational efficiency, actuation precision, and load‐driving capability.
