The MRI Findings of Well-differentiated Liposarcoma
Orthopedics & Traumatology, 2008 当科における高分化型脂肪肉腫のMRI所見について検討したので報告する．対象は過去7年に当科で加療した高分化型脂肪肉腫10例で，平均年齢62.5歳，発生部位は大腿6例，前腕2例，肩・前胸部各1例であった．MRI評価として，単純MRIにおける隔壁構造の有無，造影MRIにおいては造影効果を有する結節性領域の有無に着目した．またその部位の病理組織学的所見を確認した．MRIにおいて病変内に2mm以上の隔壁構造，造影効果を有する結節性領域の存在は高分化型脂肪肉腫を示唆する所見とされており，造影不能な1例を除き全例でこれらの所見を認めた．また，この領域の病理組織は他の脂肪成分からなる領域と異なり，その周囲の脂肪細胞には大小不同が目立ち，また炎症細胞の浸潤を伴う症例も認めた．以上より，MRIにおける2mm以上の隔壁，
