Combination Therapy With Sintilimab and Anlotinib for Advanced Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma: A Case Report and Literature Review

ABSTRACT This report describes the case of a 73‐year‐old woman with advanced undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS) who was intolerant to chemotherapy. Following amputation, she received sintilimab plus anlotinib and achieved a partial response with 76.6% tumor reduction.
