This study shows that YAP, a key effector of the Hippo pathway, is highly upregulated in glioblastoma and drives tumor growth, invasion, and survival. Knockdown of YAP or treatment with Resveratrol (a blood–brain barrier–permeable phytochemical) significantly reduced these malignant traits.
