Holographic microlithography enables the fabrication of fully connected 3D liquid crystalline structures in a single exposure. The process maintains precise control over the director orientation within the entire object, preventing local director distortions typically observed in sequential printing.

Roll‐to‐roll direct‐current sputtering enables room‐temperature manufacture of flexible bismuth telluride thermoelectric films. By identifying a low‐power deposition window that suppresses charge‐induced arcing, this work links sputtering conditions to film structure, charge transport, and thermoelectric performance, achieving a room‐temperature figure

Impact of LANDSAT MSS sensor differences on change detection analysis [PDF]
Some 512 by 512 pixel subwindows for simultaneously acquired scene pairs obtained by LANDSAT 2,3 and 4 multispectral band scanners were coregistered using LANDSAT 4 scenes as the base to which the other images were registered.

This article presents a hybrid metal‐dielectric metasurface in transmission mode for mid‐infrared (MIR) spectroscopy. Composed of germanium on aluminium cylinders atop a calcium fluoride substrate, the metasurface achieves 80% transmission efficiency at λ = 2.6 µm with a narrow full‐width‐half‐maximum of 0.4 µm.

The occurrence of white striping in chicken breast meat
White striping defect is an emerging poultry quality issue which has been described as the appearance of white striation parallel to muscle fibres on surface of pectoralis major muscles. Currently, there are no published references concerning the occurrence of this defect under commercial conditions.
