Balancing Stealth and Targetability: cCPP‐ and PEG‐Modified Liposomes for the Targeted Delivery of Anti‐HER2 Nanobodies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study addresses the rapid renal clearance of anti‐HER2 nanobodies by developing specialized liposomal carriers. It details the formulation of dual modified liposomes, demonstrating how PEGylation preserves structural integrity and cell‐penetrating peptides enhance cellular interaction.

Entity resolution by kernel methods

open access: yes, 2009
S.71-80An important problem in text mining and semantic retrieval is entity resolution which aims at detecting the identity of a named entity. Note that the name of a unique entity may be written in variant ways and different unique entities may have the

Lactoferrin Deficiency During Lactation Causes Adult Obesity‐Related Metabolic Disease Through Persistent Adipose Dysfunction Driven by Impaired Adipocyte Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lactational lactoferrin deficiency exerts lasting effects on epididymal adipose tissue development from lactation into adulthood: it impairs adipocyte hyperplasia and induces pathological hypertrophy, resulting in lower body weight yet exacerbated metabolic dysfunction under a high‐fat diet in adulthood.

Autoregressive Entity Retrieval [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
Entities are at the center of how we represent and aggregate knowledge. For instance, Encyclopedias such as Wikipedia are structured by entities (e.g., one per Wikipedia article).

Targeting ANGPTL3 and IL‐33/ST2 Ameliorates Diabetic Kidney Disease by Reducing Lipotoxicity, Alleviating Inflammation and Inhibiting Fibrosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dual targeting of ANGPTL3 and IL‐33/ST2 attenuates diabetic kidney disease by reprogramming lipid–inflammatory crosstalk. This strategy reduces renal lipotoxicity, suppresses inflammatory activation, and limits fibrotic remodeling, thereby preserving kidney structure and function and highlighting a mechanism‐guided therapeutic approach for metabolic ...

Aptamer‐Targeted PrPC Drives Colorectal Cancer Metastasis via a LYN‐STAT3 Complex and Enables Liquid Biopsy Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The aptamer WHY‐3E identifies PrPC as a CRC driver. Stabilized by USP18, endocytosed PrPC forms a LYN/STAT3 complex, upregulating MSN transcription to promote metastasis. Crucially, WHY‐3E sensitively detects PrPC‐positive circulating exosomes, establishing a robust theoretical foundation for non‐invasive clinical diagnostics.

Combining Static Classifiers and Class Syntax Models for Logical Entity Recognition in Scanned Historical Documents

open access: yes, 2008
Class syntax can be used to 1) model temporal or locational evolvement of class labels of feature observation sequences, 2) correct classification errors of static classifiers if feature observations from different classes overlap in feature space, and 3)

Classifiers, Quantifiers and Class Nouns in Hmong

open access: yes, 1993
Four operations of nominal concretization are crucial for presenting a typology of classifier languages: individualization, classification, relationalization (possession), and referentialization.
