Anomaly Detection in Aeroacoustic Wind Tunnel Experiments
2023Wind tunnel experiments often employ a wide variety and large number of sensor systems. Anomalous measurements occurring without the knowledge of the researcher can be devastating to the success of costly experiments; therefore, anomaly detection is of great interest to the wind tunnel community.

Wind tunnel experiments on fog collectors
2001The problem of wake geometry caharacterization downstream of a vertical permeable surface, collecting fog, is investigated in a wind tunnel, physically modeling the collector at 1:100 scale.

Wind tunnel experiments on a flapping drone
2011The motivation for this paper is to obtain a better understanding of the unsteady aerodynamic phenomena involved in flapping wing flight. The work is mainly experimental but also makes use of numerical results obtained from a vortex lattice approach. The flapping of 3D wings produces vortical structures which differ from those produced in 2D flow.
