Real clifford windowed Fourier transform
Acta Mathematica Sinica, English Series, 2011A higher dimensional windowed Fourier transform in the framework of Clifford analysis is constructed. It is called the Clifford windowed Fourier transform (abbreviated CWFT). This generalization also yields Clifford Gabor filters, which are well localized both in the spatial and Clifford Fourier domain.

A window-based inverse Hough transform
Pattern Recognition, 2000In this paper a new Hough transform inversion technique is proposed. It is a window-based inverse Hough transform algorithm, which reconstructs the original image using only the data of the Hough space and the dimensions of the image. In order to minimize memory and computing requirements, the original image is split into windows.

This chapter presents the time–frequency analysis theory by introducing two variants of Fourier transform, i.e., short-time Fourier transform and Gabor filters. The chapter first analyzes the limitation of FT in capturing time and spatial info from a signal or image. It then introduces a naive windowed FT or STFT to overcome the limitation.
