Optimizing WEDM Parameters Using Swarm Intelligence: A Multi‐Objective Approach to Improve Machinability and Cost‐Efficiency

This study optimizes WEDM parameters for Inconel 800 using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to improve material removal rate, surface finish, and cost‐efficiency. The PSO model achieves significant improvements with under 1% error, showcasing its potential for optimizing machining processes in advanced manufacturing.
