High‐Frequency Inductors by Co‐Design Optimization of Self‐Rolled‐up Membrane Technology

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
3D inductors with self‐resonance frequencies as high as 40 GHz are fabricated using the strain‐induced (S‐RuM) platform. Schemes to reduce crosstalk capacitance and boost self‐resonance frequency are tested, with over 15 GHz improvement from previous designs.

Bionic Visual‐Auditory Perceptual System Based on Ionotronic Neuromorphic Transistor for Information Encryption and Decryption with Sound Recognition Functions

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A bionic visual‐auditory perceptual system is proposed. The system exhibits remarkable multi‐modal sensory abilities to sound and light, enabling diverse functions including encrypted sound information transmission and information decoding. The perceptual system can also perform sound recognition, resulting in the implementation of a sound lock ...

A Large Area Hybrid Phototransistor Platform with Large Detectivity and Fast Response to NIR Light

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A geometrically engineered tri‐channel architecture with a 4‐mm2 large sensing area is implemented in a hybrid multilayer phototransistor. The side channels electrically coupled to the 4 mm2 large central area enable efficient and fast detection of small perturbations of the charge density at the sensing surface, produced by a near‐infrared ...
