Cellulose‐Nanofiber‐Based Layered Sub‐Terahertz Absorbing Sheets for B5G/6G Applications

We report a sub‐terahertz absorber made of biodegradable cellulose‐nanofiber (CNF), potentially useful for B5G/6G devices to achieve electromagnetic compatibility in an eco‐friendly way. The absorber is 120 µm thick and consists of two carbon‐nanotube‐dispersed CNF layers and one pure CNF layer.

TreeSpider: In‐Canopy Exploration With Tether‐Based Aerial Modular Arms

A tethered drone with perching arms and a 360° ring enables unprecedented maneuverability within dense forest canopies. By dynamically adjusting tether length and decoupling pitch from the frame, it navigates between branches, senses multiple trees, and interacts physically with foliage.

We perform a numerical simulation of the corona of the young, rapidly rotating K0 dwarf AB Doradus using a global MHD model. The model is driven by a surface map of the radial magnetic field constructed using Zeeman-Doppler Imaging.
