Tumor‐Derived LAMB3 Drives Immunosuppressive LRRC15+ Fibroblast Formation During Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Development

A single‐cell atlas of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma development reveals progressive ductal‐fibroblast‐immune crosstalk. Tumor‐derived LAMB3 drives the formation of immunosuppressive LRRC15+ fibroblasts through the ITGB1/FAK/MAPK/FOSL2 signaling. Glycolytic reprogramming upregulates LAMB3 and correlates with LRRC15+ fibroblast enrichment.

Global Nitrogen Deposition Promotes Carbon Sink Formation in Terrestrial Ecosystems

Nitrogen deposition alleviates ecosystem N limitation and enhances carbon sinks. Using 829 observations, we show 36% of deposited N is retained globally (39.15 Tg N yr−1), with distinct NHx and NOy contributions. RENAL‐CHIP: Rejection Evaluation via Non‐Invasive Analysis of Circulating Podocytes With Herringbone‐Chip Isolation Platform

RENAL‐CHIP converts 1 mL of peripheral blood into a biopsy‐equivalent readout of renal‐allograft fate. By magnetic capture and release of donor‐derived circulating podocytes through a herringbone microfluidic chip, 84% capture, 96% release and single‐cell RNA evidence of rejection‐specific immunity are achieved.
