Multifunctional Adhesive Hydrogel for Rapid Cardiac Hemostasis and Antibacterial Protection
A multifunctional polyacrylamide/gelatin/tannic acid hydrogel (PGT) is presented for rapid cardiac hemostasis under wet, dynamic conditions. Surface tannic acid coating enables instantaneous wet adhesion, accelerates coagulation, and confers antibacterial activity within a single platform.

A strain‐activated mechanical metamaterial is developed to achieve programmable dual‐phase stiffness through an intrinsic geometric locking mechanism. Phonon Polariton Confinement in Isotopically Pure MOVPE‐Grown BN Triangles
Phonon polaritons are confined in MOVPE‐grown isotopically pure 10BN$^{10}{\rm BN}$ triangles. The resonator modes are excited and mapped by near‐field spectroscopy. Through scanning a wide infrared frequency range and modeling, the polariton dispersion relation is retrieved.
