Advanced Science, EarlyView.A pneumatic pressure‐regulating knitted fabric (PPKF) is developed, in which knitted pneumatic circuit enables the seamless integration of ultralow radial expansion pneumatic fiber into dual‐channel textile structure. By strategically modulating channel spacing, delivering adjustable dynamic pressures and clinically relevant gradient compression ratios.
