Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.

Perturbation analysis for word-length optimization [PDF]

open access: yes11th Annual IEEE Symposium on Field-Programmable Custom Computing Machines, 2003. FCCM 2003., 2003
This paper introduces a design tool and its associated procedures for determining the sensitivity of outputs in a digital signal processing design to small errors introduced by rounding or truncation of internal variables. The proposed approach can be applied to both linear and nonlinear designs.

MOGAD Is the Most Common Cause of Isolated Optic Neuritis in Children

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives The study aimed to characterize the clinical features, etiologies, and outcomes of isolated, first‐time pediatric ON in the post‐MOG‐IgG era. Methods This was a single‐center retrospective cohort study at Texas Children's Hospital of patients diagnosed with first‐time ON between 2018–2024, with follow‐up data collected through 2025.

The \v Cerný conjecture for aperiodic automata [PDF]

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science, 2007
A word w is called a synchronizing (recurrent, reset, directable) word of a deterministic finite automaton (DFA) if w brings all states of the automaton to some specific state; a DFA that has a synchronizing word is said to be synchronizable.

Retractions in Rheumatology: Trends, Causes, and Implications for Research Integrity

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective We aimed to describe the trends and main reasons for study retraction in rheumatology literature. Methods We reviewed the Retraction Watch database to identify retracted articles in rheumatology. We recorded the main study characteristics, authors’ countries, reasons for retraction, time from publication to retraction, and trends over time ...

Quantifying Evolution of Short and Long-Range Correlations in Chinese Narrative Texts across 2000 Years

open access: yesComplexity, 2018
We investigate how short and long-range word length correlations evolve in Chinese narrative texts. The results show that, for short-range word length correlations, no significant linear evolutionary trend was found.

On cogrowth function of algebras and its logarithmical gap

open access: yesComptes Rendus. Mathématique, 2021
Let $A \cong k\langle X \rangle / I$ be an associative algebra. A finite word over alphabet $X$ is $I$-reducible if its image in $A$ is a $k$-linear combination of length-lexicographically lesser words.

Integrating Patient‐Reported Quality Measures in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Development of the American College of Rheumatology Implementation Guide

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective To support high‐quality, patient‐centered care for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) developed evidence‐based measures incorporating clinical and patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs). Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we conducted semistructured interviews ...
