Magnetism and Nonlinear Charge Transport in NiFe2O4/γ‐Al2O3/SrTiO3 Heterostructure: Toward Spintronic Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In this report, we demonstrate that a crystalline phase of 52nm thick NiFe2O4 can be grown by RF sputtering on top of γ‐Al2O3(8nm)/SrTiO3 at a significantly low temperature (150 °C) without compromising the mobility and carrier density of the 2D electron gas at the γ‐Al2O3(8nm)/SrTiO3 interface.

Colloquy [PDF]

open access: yes, 1989
Every good anagram is, in some sense, apposite to the subject being anagrammed. This being so, the most important task I set myself in finding an anagram is the creation of an associative word list.

Geometrically Tunable Scaffold‐Free Muscle Bioconstructs for Treating Volumetric Muscle Loss

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Volumetric muscle loss is associated with traumatic muscle resulting in permanent functional impairment. Mold‐based, scaffold‐free, high‐density muscle tissue bioconstructs are developed in customizable geometric shapes and sizes. The transplanted rectangular solid‐shaped muscle bioconstructs improved muscle force recovery and tissue regeneration in ...

Designing a List for Word Squares [PDF]

open access: yes, 1996
In Bottom Up! in the February 1993 Word Ways, Eric Albert asserts that searching for word squares with or without a computer is faster if the search is made bottom-up. In Which Way to the Square?

Word Lists With All Starting Letters [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
How large must a word list be in order to have a reasonable chance of including words starting with every letter of the alphabet? Because word starting with X are far less likely to occur than others, this question essentially reduces to the probability
