ABSTRACT This study examines how money attitudes moderate the relationship between personality traits and early pension withdrawal behaviour in the context of South Africa's new Two‐Pot retirement system. Drawing on structural equation modelling with data from over 5000 retirement fund members, whether Money Prudence and Money Anxiety condition the ...

Abstract Several authors have reported the disconnection between the skills, abilities, and attitudes of graduates from STEM careers with the current needs of the labour market. In science and engineering fields, research has found the need for interdisciplinary approaches that encourage meaningful learning.

Isoperimetric inequalities on slabs with applications to cubes and Gaussian slabs
Abstract We study isoperimetric inequalities on “slabs”, namely weighted Riemannian manifolds obtained as the product of the uniform measure on a finite length interval with a codimension‐one base. As our two main applications, we consider the case when the base is the flat torus R2/2Z2$\mathbb {R}^2 / 2 \mathbb {Z}^2$ and the standard Gaussian measure

Degree theory for 4‐dimensional asymptotically conical gradient expanding solitons
Abstract We develop a new degree theory for 4‐dimensional, asymptotically conical gradient expanding solitons. Our theory implies the existence of gradient expanding solitons that are asymptotic to any given cone over S3$S^3$ with non‐negative scalar curvature. We also obtain a similar existence result for cones whose link is diffeomorphic to S3/Γ$S^3/\

ABSTRACT The European Union (EU) has consistently advanced sustainability goals, with the 2019 European Green Deal (EGD) serving as a cornerstone initiative aligned with global sustainability frameworks. Yet, the combined impact of the Covid‐19 pandemic, energy market volatility, and supply chain disruptions has amplified the urgency of evaluating ...

Landscape of Research on Accounting Scope 3 Emissions: A Review of Methodologies and Data
ABSTRACT Scope 3 emissions have been proposed as a critical metric for evaluating corporate carbon footprint, identifying emission sources, and developing mitigation solutions. Yet, widespread corporate reporting of Scope 3 emissions remains limited, highlighting a critical gap in both research and practice.

ABSTRACT Both universities and companies create value and innovation to maintain their position and remain competitive. Different, but still similar, with two goals that are shared. With their collaboration, they can enhance their pursuit of sustainability and as well corporate social responsibility by creating and delivering value and thus ...
