The study investigated brain circuits in ADHD during response inhibition. Both conflict (C) and non‐conflict (no‐C) suppression tasks were associated with the fronto‐striatal circuit; C tasks activated the right IFG, whereas no‐C tasks recruited the left caudate nucleus (CN), plus the right CN and ACC during successful response inhibition.
