Halide perovskite solar cells are fabricated with self‐encapsulation by lamination between two glass substrates using rapid Joule heating, yielding a 99% reduction in lamination time compared to previous studies. An 18% efficient cell is laminated in 5 s, demonstrating the potential for scalable manufacturing. ABSTRACT Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are

Social returns to commuting in the Baltic states [PDF]
To what extent does commuting reduce regional wage disparities? This question is addressed by estimating two sets of earnings functions (based on 2000 LFS data for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania): with geographical variables (like capital city, rural etc.)

Grounding Large Language Models for Robot Task Planning Using Closed‐Loop State Feedback
BrainBody‐Large Language Model (LLM) introduces a hierarchical, feedback‐driven planning framework where two LLMs coordinate high‐level reasoning and low‐level control for robotic tasks. By grounding decisions in real‐time state feedback, it reduces hallucinations and improves task reliability.

Automated poultry processing lines still rely on humans to lift slippery, easily bruised carcasses onto a shackle conveyor. Deformability, anatomical variance, and hygiene rules make conventional suction and scripted motions unreliable. We present ChicGrasp, an end‐to‐end hardware‐software co‐designed imitation learning framework, to offer a ...

Monetary Policy in an International Financial Crisis [PDF]
We explore the role of monetary policy in the aftermath of a financial crisis. We develop a small open economy model with limited participation of households in a financial intermediary that provides liquidity to satisfy firms' working capital needs ...

Liquid Crystalline Elastomers in Soft Robotics: Assessing Promise and Limitations
Liquid crystalline elastomers (LCEs) are programmable soft materials that undergo large, anisotropic deformation in response to external stimuli. Their molecular alignment encodes directional actuation in a monolithic structure, making them long‐standing candidates for soft robotic systems.
