Algebras and non-geometric flux vacua [PDF]
In this work we classify the subalgebras satisfied by non-geometric Q-fluxes in type IIB orientifolds on T^6/(Z_2 x Z_2) with three moduli (S,T,U).

The analysis of the current shape in the circuit analogous to the a.c. welding circuit [PDF]
The suitability for welding of manual metal arc welding transformers depends on the no-load voltage and on the electro-magnetic behaviour of the reactor. The latter is related to the curvature of the actual magnetization characteristic.

Characteristic earthquake model, 1884 -- 2011, R.I.P
Unfortunately, working scientists sometimes reflexively continue to use "buzz phrases" grounded in once prevalent paradigms that have been subsequently refuted. This can impede both earthquake research and hazard mitigation.
