Sulfoxidation with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by [SeO4{WO(O2)2}2]2−

Dalton Transactions, 2010
The selenium-containing dinuclear peroxotungstate, [(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N](2)[SeO(4){WO(O(2))(2)}(2)] (I), acts as a homogeneous catalyst for the selective oxidation of various kinds of cyclic mono- and disulfides with 30% aqueous H(2)O(2). The cyclic disulfides were selectively oxidized to the corresponding monosulfoxides with one equivalent of H(2)O(2 ...

KOH an. Man erhält Die Messung der Lösungswärmen erfolgte im Präzisionskalorimeter LKB 8 700 bei 298 K.

Study by XPS and XAS (XANES) of tungsten oxides based catalysts : WO2, WO3, 1 % Pd/WO2 and 1 % Pd/WO3

The Ordered [WO2F4]2- Anion

Inorganic Chemistry, 2001
Crystallographic order of the [WO2F4]2- anion has been achieved in the new compound [HNC6H6OH][Cu(NC5H5)4(WO2F4)2]. This salt with two cations, tetrakis(pyridine)copper(II) [Cu(NC5H5)4]2+ and 5-hydroxy-2-methylpyridinium [HNC6H6OH]+, results in three separate anion−cation contacts and eliminates the disorder common to the [WO2F4]2- anion in the solid ...

Athermal directions and their dispersion in KGd(WO 4 ) 2 and KLu(WO 4 ) 2 crystals

Optics Communications, 2015
Abstract An analysis of the existence of athermal properties for optically biaxial crystals KGd(WO 4 ) 2 and KLu(WO 4 ) 2 is performed and compared with that of KY(WO 4 ) 2 for monolithic and laser cavity configurations. Short-wavelength limits for athermal behavior in the principal planes of optical indicatrix are found. In KGd(WO 4 ) 2 they lie

CW laser operation of a highly-doped Tm:KLu(WO 4 ) 2 /KLu(WO 4 ) 2 thin disk epitaxial laser

SPIE Proceedings, 2010
We demonstrate the first thin disk epitaxial Tm-laser based on the monoclinic KLu(WO4)2 with 15 at. % doping. The doped epitaxial layer serving as an active medium is only 80 μm thick. The large absorption enables efficient pumping with only a single double pass of the pump radiation from the diode-laser.

Electrochromism with colloidal WO 3 and IrO 2

SPIE Proceedings, 1992
ABSTRACT Colloidal particles of W03 and 1r02 arc synihcsiscd and dispcrscd within a gelatinous pcrfluorinatcd ionOJ1Cr niatrix. Experimental procedures arc established inorder to obtain percolation between the ciccirocliromic particles. Colloidal particlesizes arc nicasured by quasi elastic light scattering.

Synthesis of reduced cubic phase WO 3 − x nanosheet by direct reduction of H 2 WO 4 ·H 2 O

Materials Today Energy, 2017
The cubic phase WO3−x with two-dimensional nanosheet structure is prepared at a relative low temperature through thermal decomposition method. The starting material and decomposition environment are the key factors to obtain the cubic phase WO3−x. The cubic crystal structure is stabilized by the large amounts of oxygen vacancies.

CTAB assisted hydrothermal preparation of Bi 2 WO 6 WO 3 nanosheets on TiO 2 nanotube arrays for photoelectrocatalytic applications

Separation and Purification Technology, 2018
Abstract Bi2WO6 WO3 nanosheets were deposited on the surface of TiO2 nanotube arrays (TiO2 NTs/Bi2WO6) via the one-pot hydrothermal method by adjusting the addition of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), and the morphology, composition and visible light response were investigated.
