Mucus‐inspired biomaterials are developed that inhibit biofilm formation and enhance dispersal when combined with DNase and/or α‐amylase. The combination led to up to 2‐log reductions in biofilm viability, offering a promising alternative to traditional antibiotics for treating persistent, antibiotic‐resistant infections.
