Constant Starting Torque Control of Wound Rotor Induction Motors [PDF]
Constant starting torque of a wound rotor motor can be achieved by inserting a fixed external element consisting of resistances and reactances combination in the rotor circuit instead of using a saturable reactor or other feedback devices. This approach provides the desired starting characteristic at a low cost of starting equipment.

Linear Induction Motors with Modular Winding Primaries and Wound Rotor Secondaries [PDF]
Linear induction motors commonly use double layer windings, which produce good sinusoidal travelling fields, but have relatively bulky end windings and use either half-filled slots or overhanging coil sides at the ends of the machine. Long stator systems are difficult since it is not possible to butt stator modules against each other.

Flux observer algorithms for direct torque control of brushless doubly-fed reluctance machines [PDF]
Direct Torque Control (DTC) has been extensively researched and applied to most AC machines during the last two decades. Its first application to the Brushless Doubly-Fed Reluctance Machine (BDFRM), a promising cost-effective candidate for drive and ...

Utilizing a mitochondrial double‐targeted strategy, a novel near‐infrared fluorescent probe (FTZ‐2) is established for monitoring viscosity variations in ferroptosis‐mediated drug‐induced liver injury. In summary, this work provided a practical strategy for the early diagnosis and evaluation of liver injury.

Measuring the Dynamic Characteristics of Electric Motors
In our previous publications [1, 2], we described our vehicle dynamics simulation program which was developed in MATLAB environment. We also discussed its use for optimizing the technical parameters of electric driven vehicles. We detailed the model and

Streptococcus anginosus extracellular vesicles (SA‐EVs) accumulate in gastric tissue, disrupt epithelial tight junctions, and induce gastritis characterized by neutrophil infiltration and elevated cytokines (TNF‐α, IL‐6, IL‐17A). Proteomics identifies TMPC and FBP62 as key SA‐EVs virulence factors; their genetic deletion attenuates inflammation ...

This study designed a tumor microenvironment‐responsive AIEgen nanoparticle for near‐infrared photoimmunotherapy, which inhibits primary tumors and metastasis by promoting pyroptosis and suppressing aerobic glycolysis. ABSTRACT In advanced osteosarcoma, tumor invasion often prevents complete resection, and immunotherapy is limited by the tumor's ...
