Near-Field Thermal Transistor InSb/WSM/InSb
Near-field radiative heat transfer has attracted increasing attention in recent years in the development and manufacturing of thermal devices analogous to the building blocks of current microelectronics. In this work, we study theoretically a near-field thermal transistor operating at room temperature.

Neuromorphic Near‐Sensor and In‐Sensor Computing Enabled by Next‐Generation Material‐Based Sensors
This Review presents a structural framework that classifies neuromorphic sensing into near‐sensor and in‐sensor architectures, clarifying physical coupling between sensing and computation. The framework connects neural and synaptic device functions with recent advances in optical, mechanical, and chemical sensing, compares energy consumption and ...

A generic phase between disordered Weyl semimetal and diffusive metal
Quantum phase transitions of three-dimensional (3D) Weyl semimetals (WSMs) subject to uncorrelated on-site disorder are investigated through quantum conductance calculations and finite-size scaling of localization length. Contrary to previous claims that

Selective Modulation of OTUB1 Noncanonical Function via a bioPhosTAC Strategy
This work positions the versatile performance of the peptide‐based bioPhosTAC platform for dissecting phosphorylation‐dependent biology and expanding the scope of induced‐proximity technologies. We demonstrated that selective manipulation of a tyrosine phosphorylation site is sufficient to propagate coordinated cellular consequences.

The cervical interbody cage needs to take both biomechanical and biological requirements into account. Here, a new‐style degradable, multicomponent, and bioinspired nacre‐like cervical interbody cage composite, which exhibits promising mechanical‐support‐related behavior and osteogenesis‐related potential, is designed and prepared.
