Photo‐BQCA: Postiv allostere Modulatoren ermöglichen die optische Kontrolle des M1‐Rezeptors

Die ersten lichtschaltbaren allosterischen Modulatoren für Klasse A G‐Protein‐gekoppelte Rezeptoren (GPCRs), nämlich den muskarinischen Acetylcholinrezeptor (M1R), wurden basierend auf dem positive‐allosterischen Modulator BQCA entwickelt, wobei seine flachen SARs ausgenutzt wurden.
