WUSHU AND TRAINNING ASPECTS: A LITERATURE REVIEW
The aim of this study was to review the literature concerning to the aspects of training in Wushu in competition. Eleven studies were analysed. The studies were categorized in aspects of training (physical, technical, tactical and/or psychological). This study verified that the Modern Wushu Taolu and Sanda are predominantly anaerobic - physical aspects.
